Expanding rapidly to contribute to this transformation that affects every part of our business, and every Victorian, the Recruitment and Selection team has recently experienced significant growth to enhance our support of Ambulance Victoria’s paramedic and corporate workforce, with a focus on tailoring local recruitment functions to support our operational divisions.
About the Recruitment Opportunities
The Recruitment and Selection team is responsible for all Recruitment and Selection functions across Ambulance Victoria. This includes the management of internal and external applications for new and existing roles, Graduate and Qualified recruitment entry streams, merit-based internal transfers, selection processes for promotion opportunities as well as administering all stakeholder management as applicable to temporary resources.
We are now seeking a Coordinator, Recruitment and Selection to role model Ambulance Victoria’s values in all our resourcing functions. This role will suit people who want to have a genuine impact when they come to work every day.

Successful applicants will need to have received the mandated COVID-19 vaccinations and be willing to complete pre-employment screening including a Police Check and consent to pre-employment screening in alignment with Victorian Public Sector Commission guidelines.

The Coordinator, Recruitment and Selection position is graded at AV3. The AV grade salary range for AV- 3 position is $80,755 – $95,564 plus 10.5 % superannuation. Salary on commencement is offered at the base of the AV grade.
This position will be full-time permanent roles with an expectation of presence at our Doncaster Headquarters, however hybrid work from home options are available.
