Expressions of interest are being sought from staff wishing to act in the position of Associate Director Talent and Capabilities for a period of up to thirteen (13) weeks with possible extension.
About the Position
The Associate Director Talent and Capabilities supports the Executive Director People Culture in the provision of high level leadership and strategic direction in the area of human capital management including talent acquisition and learning development.
The Associate Director Talent and Capabilities provides complex advice and input into the development and implementation of workforce strategies to support NSW Ambulance.
The position is required to proactively develop and implement performance indicators aligned to the Government’s KPIs in the area of workforce.

Position Conditions

Question 2: How do you ensure that your team is meeting the needs of your customers day to day but also meeting the strategic needs of the organisation?
This is a NSW Ambulance and NSW Health internal EOI. Decisions will be made upon review of all submissions and an interview may not be required. Offers for this position are dependent on capacity to release the applicants from their current position/role.
