A day in the life of…

As HR Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of the HR strategy, attraction, hiring, growth, and development of the team and be the first line of contact for our colleagues, ensuring a robust recruitment and retention strategy is implemented within the business. You will oversee payroll for all employees, ensuring renumeration is calculated correctly in line with legal requirements and work with management to ensure all colleagues are correctly onboarded and inducted into the business. Finally, you will ensure all colleague training is up to date and a culture of team engagement is fostered throughout the business.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate people leader, with experience leading the HR strategy in a similar environment. Whilst it is not essential that you have experience within the hospitality industry, it is preferred.
