Ambit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for Healthcare Technology, Digital and Consulting Services

This role will be responsible for shaping and executing talent acquisition initiatives to rapidly grow the team and support Ambit’s growth across the full product and service portfolio, as well as internal positions (e.g., tech, marketing, finance, legal).

The leader we seek will be critical in building our talent branding, marketing open positions, sourcing, screening candidates, and managing candidate assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Ambit leadership team to refine the talent acquisition strategy (e.g., headcount by role and timing, sourcing channels, quality metrics)
• Develop and execute a talent acquisition plan to acquire top talent
• Work with functional area hiring managers to build ideal candidate profiles, educate and usher them through the recruitment process, and ensure candidates have a highly positive experience
• Monitor hiring processes to ensure strong candidates, high quality hires, and good conversion of offers
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote open positions and attract candidates
• Work with functional area hiring teams to optimize consulting club/campus recruiting efforts and conversion events
• Develop an internship plan and strategy to ensure positive experience for interns
• Assist functional teams in developing exceptional assessment and interviewing skills based on a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
• Infuse the interviewing process with the Ambit culture to ensure strong fit
• Manage full cycle coordination (planning, correspondence, execution) of the recruiting process from marketing and events planning, through screening, interviewing and conversion
• Define KPIs for talent acquisition, align with Ambit leadership to measure performance v. objectives over time

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in healthcare-related, consulting and/or tech talent acquisition
• Strong track record of handling full cycle recruitment partnering with hiring teams to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate profile and launch a thorough hiring strategy
• Prior experience with social media channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to be agile, adapt and pivot in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization

Total comp range for this position is $100,000-125,000.
