Production Manager (Logistics)

The Production Control Manager oversees and manages all aspects of production control within our organization. This position will be responsible for implementing and monitoring production schedules, managing staff and inventory levels to ensure production goals are met, and driving continuous improvement to optimize production efficiency

Measurable, objective requirements :

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and ensure production goals are met within budget and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate with production team to ensure proper prioritization pf production tasks and allocation of resources.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize excess inventory and avoid stockouts.
• Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production needs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, production management or a related field.
• 5+ years of Electronics Assembly experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production control or a related field.
• Supply chain, automotive manufacturing, good production.
