This person will work closely with the Master Scheduler, Production Planner, and shipping team, to ensure the customer demand is met and on-time.
Customer Service is the key contact for customer communication and internal functional areas (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Human Resources, Finance, etc.).

3 to 5 years of customer service experience with a Tier 1 automotive supplier EDI (DELFOR, DELJIT) and ASN 8D Problem Solving Bachelor’s Degree desired SAP Experience PC&L Launch experience
