Full Job Description
5+ years experience in transportation claims management, including fleets or large auto claim programs.

Amazon is seeking an experienced Auto and Logistics Risk Analyst who will manage minor to moderate claims for Amazon’s expanding worldwide delivery fleet.
Key job responsibilities
Within the Risk Management Team, you will support and to a Risk Manager focusing on minor to high value, litigated and non-litigated logistics claims management, third party administrator programs and operational risk improvements across all logistics programs. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Claims management of minor/moderate/high value, litigated and non-litigated Bodily Injury(BI), General Liability(GL) and Workers Compensation(WC) claims.
• Work with business units to implement strategies to mitigate minor/moderate value claims.
• Partner with internal teams to proactively prevent claims thru safety measures.
• Ensure that the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) manages claims diligently, partners with Risk Management and Legal (internal and external) and employs best practices to control claim costs.
• Direct claim reviews on a weekly basis to ensure alignment with KPIs and Performance Guarantee.
• out on business metrics to internal business teams including logistics and Amazon’s captive insurance program.
• Partner and direct external vendors and partners on innovative claims handling and initiatives that support simplicity, contain costs, while enhancing the customer experience.
• Effectively communicate recommended risk mitigation strategies to cross-functional and internal leadership teams.

- ARM, CPCU, or similar designation.
- Strong understanding of commercial auto insurance policies.
- Understanding and hands on experience with complex logistics claims.
- Clear understanding of Workers Compensation, Bodily Injury, and General Liability claims handling.
- Available for domestic and international travel as needed.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
