We are actively seeking an innovative and methodical leader to develop and optimize our internal learning and development programs. This leader and their team will build our capacity to rapidly deliver on behalf of our customers and provide critical inputs to onboarding and developing our workforce. They will provide strategic oversight to ensure that employees and stakeholders have the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to deliver a world class background check program. This includes developing and managing tools and resources that will enable knowledge sharing across a global organization.
This leader will need to excel at leading without authority, partnering with customers and stakeholders to align strategies, and operate with a high-level of autonomy to gather data, perspective, and be at the forefront of how information is shared and flows throughout the organization. This person will lead a team comprised of Program Managers, Training Specialists, and Learning Experience Designers. The team will help ensure that employees throughout Screening Services are able to easily locate and access information needed to fulfill the responsibilities of their roles and that the right mechanisms are in place for upskilling, reskilling, and cross-training our workforce.
Prior experience in Corporate Training, Internal Communications, or Knowledge Management is highly preferred.
Key job responsibilities
Engage with Service Delivery teams and leaders to define learning goals and problems, making recommendations to remedy them through programmatic solutions.
Oversee the development of a learning portfolio and multi-faceted delivery approach, leveraging your teams’ resources to provide e-learning, in-person training, cross-training, and need based solutions.
Partner with stakeholders and/or managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery to meet program goals.
Ensure program success through the development of KPIs and mechanisms that measure the success of the learning and content programs.
Develop methods of inspection to ensure our strategies are appropriately implemented and delivering results
Ensure customers, stakeholders, and program contributors have a seat at the table and are in-the-know as changes are conceptualized and implemented
Develop long-term communication plans that tie multiple communications together into broader strategies
HTML experience
Analytical experience producing reporting and data-driven insights
Experience managing a team and growing talent
Experience using a Learning Management System to manage and scale learning programs
Experience as a copy/content editor
Experience using content publishing tools to write, format, manage, publish, and track communications
