Job summary

Ring is looking for a detail-oriented Learning Experience Designer to provide oversight, stakeholder communication, and share process improvements as part of the Community Support Learning and Development team.

You will anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs to move projects forward quickly. You thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment and are not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. The ideal candidate must have training, instructional design, or technical documentation experience.

This role requires excellent project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. Above all, you must possess a passion for learning and contribute to team and customer success.

A day in the life

In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and business teams to identify goals and outcomes for learning experiences.

You will be responsible for designing and developing performance-focused training content that is engaging and ready for translation, localization, and deployment internationally.

About the team

Our team is dedicated and responsible for the learning and development of Ring Community Support team members. We design, create and develop learning solutions to enhance team member knowledge around our products and services to provide a first-class customer experience. We offer learning programs that support new hire immersion, product knowledge, troubleshooting, the customer experience, coaching, leadership development, and specialty training.

2+ years Project Management experience

Experience in a major corporate training environment working on instructional design assignments across multiple teams or groups

Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Able to manage workflow with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple stakeholders and sometimes changing priorities

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $64k – $103k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
