Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a motivated individual with a unique skill set in both Instructional Design and Content Development who possesses a unique balance of design, development, facilitation and delivery skills as well as strong business knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. You will partner with several AWS T&C and WWRO stakeholders to craft learning products to educate internal employees and have the opportunity to help shape and implement a strategy for new educational content, services, and features.
The ideal candidate is a smart, innovative, driven, problem solving Instructional Designer and Content Developer with experience working across multiple instructional delivery modalities to create high-quality learning experiences that support our growing learning community. The Instructional Designer/Content Developer will curate and design learning solutions that align with the needs of our users and guide them through their learning with prescriptive and self selected learning journeys.
The role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in adult learning and instructional design strategies for performance-based outcomes, can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $101,100-$160,000 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
