We are looking for a customer-obsessed sourcing leader to help us create and lead on a sourcing strategy that allows us to find the very best talent for our Consumer organisation across the EU. You’ll be part of our Worldwide Consumer Talent Acquisition team (WWCTA) and can be based in any EU location. This role is integral to our hiring plans to help drive our growth strategy within the region and help us achieve our mission which is simple: We want Amazon to be the place where our customers can find, discover and buy anything online. Whatever our customers want, we will find the means to deliver it. With your help, Amazon will continue to enable people to discover new worlds.

Key job responsibilities

• We’re looking for an experienced Sourcing leader to join us to set a best in class sourcing strategy and grow a sourcing function. The sourcing team will support top of the funnel pipelines into our Retail and Sellers & Vendors TA teams. The purpose of the sourcing team is to find, attract and engage with the very best retail (non-tech) talent across EMEA.

• Your first responsibility will be to set a sourcing strategy that can meet our demand plans, and then you will build your team from the ground up!

• You will be a passionate advocate for candidate experience; constantly thinking about how to improve the experience for candidates

• A creative thinker, you will be able to build and drive innovative sourcing strategies to generate a diverse slate of candidates that responds to business need.

• You will be an effective people manager with a focus on developing others to grow and succeed.

• A natural collaborator, you will work well with your TA peers and also able to partner with CTA team members across geographies

• You will have a strong command of data with the ability to create adhoc reports using existing tools

This role can be based in any EU location.
