Managing Employer Brand for Amazon Consumer across EMEA, our focus is highlighting to talent markets the unique and exciting opportunities available at Amazon. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team, working in partnership with our recruiters to develop multi-channel recruitment marketing and branding strategies to attract and engage outstanding candidates for the broad range of business teams across Consumer EMEA

You can be based in any of our core EU locations including UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Lux.

Key job responsibilities

As a Campaign Manager you will drive the creation and delivery of Go–to-market plans for priority hiring and employer brand projects, including top of the funnel attraction for niche talent groups. You will utilise programmatic digital and social media, create engaging content, support the branding for referral drives, encourage employee advocacy and partner with our recruiters to host virtual events to establish effective marketing channels to attract talent for our growing businesses.

You will create strategic marketing plans, and project manage them through the full life-cycle of the campaign from discovery through to diagnoses. You will need adept project management skills, working to challenging deadlines but also taking the time to think big and invent new solutions to our brand and hiring challenges. It is critical you are comfortable immersing yourself in the data behind a campaign, spotting opportunities to experiment, optimise and improve campaigns at each touch point. Added to this, you’ll regularly present campaign metrics to our Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders to aid their understanding on performance and opportunities.

About the team

As part of our Consumer Talent Acquisition team, Recruitment Marketing is dedicated to building candidate identification strategies and long-term engagement with alternative talent channels and early careers. This team will focus on leading recruitment marketing and event management, providing expertise on Go To Market (GTM) campaigns for candidate attraction, create personalised candidate journeys and support the development of alternative talent pipelines and diverse community engagement.

• Bachelors degree
• Previous experience working in an Employer Brand / Recruitment Marketing environment (either in- house or agency)
• Experience using campaign analytics tools
