Amazon seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to join the EU Ads FP&A team, based in London. Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and DSP solutions. We are breaking fresh ground and pioneering a crucial platform for future Amazon growth. We are entrepreneurial and have a bias for action with a broad mandate to experiment and innovate. This role is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing divisions within Amazon.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the EU FP&A team. The candidate will be a highly experienced and motivated individual who will oversee planning, reporting and analysis. This will include partnering with senior leaders on deep dives and cross-functional projects. This role requires an individual with exceptional analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen, strong partnership skills, a strategic thinker and excellent people manager. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Lead the financial planning process and partner with sales and product finance to manage the forecasting process.
• Improve regular reporting and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Work cross-functionally with diverse teams to support regulatory, accounting, tax and legal requests.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability improvements through deep financial analysis.

• MBA or Post Graduate Degree in relevant field.
• Experience working with C-suite.
• Comfortable working in fast paced, ambiguous environment with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience solving complex and large-scale problems, working with statistical analysis and financial reporting tools.
• Controllership experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
