The Logistics Manager is responsible for the oversight of multiple spare parts rooms located in staffed and un-staffed Data Centers.
The role incorporates analyzation and continuous improvement around effectiveness of work methods, procedures, controls, and staffing.
Our Logistics Managers ensure performance plans are set, maintained, continuously improved upon, and difficult problems are met with creative solutions to achieve highly accurate and timely inventory movement throughout our Data Centers.
This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS / SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements.
Key job responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop Logistics Specialists utilizing available training programs, informal (e.g. on-floor coaching) and formal (e.
g. written evaluation) job performance based feedback.
