You will work closely with business partners and get exposure to senior leaders, and become a subject matter expert. We are looking for individuals who can engage business partners to drive results and who welcome the challenge of building structure and supporting high growth in a fledgling organization with senior management visibility.

As a Finance Manager, you will support business growth by building structure and providing financial oversight, insightful analysis, and decision support in this rapidly evolving space. You will work closely with senior Finance leadership in identifying, creating, and leading innovative solutions and programs for growing topline, driving business efficiencies, customer experience and optimized supply chain models that will impact the whole Amazon Business P&L. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities include:

• Acting as finance controller for the Commercial and Public Sector segments of the AB EU business. Build metrics and use data insights to assess financial risks, opportunities, and investment decisions
• Managing reporting of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and operational performance metrics, including financial commentaries
• Driving analyses of AB top-line/bottom-line performance that will inform business decisions
• Communicating financial and business results including variance analyses to senior Finance and Business leaders
• Develop, report, and analyze key input metrics that support AB goals
• Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of options and alternatives

• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving
• Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management
• Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated track record of business partnership
• Working knowledge of SQL
• MBA preferred
