We are looking for Call Center Representatives to join our Customer Experience team. This team builds and preserves trusting relationships with our premier customers. You will work with team members and other Amare teams to ensure customer needs are met.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Job Duties

• Must have experience working in the Direct Sales / MLM industry
• Must have experience supporting premier customers
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
• One call resolution whenever possible
• Handle customer questions or issues from the start through the resolution
• Build lasting relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, answering questions, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
• Engage in active listening with callers: confirming or clarifying information needed
• Engage in up-selling opportunities whenever possible
• Use software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
• Make recommendations for procedures, policies, products, or services that may better suit client needs
• Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the company and position
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years minimum proven experience supporting premier customers
• French, Spanish, or Chinese Bilingual a plus
• Knowledge/experience with Kustomer and Dialpad platforms a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Critical thinking; problem-solving
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
