Network Automation (DevOPs Automation)

Qualifications

Architecture and design experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools, i.e. Spinnaker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, OpenShift/GCP Build, etc.

Experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenStack technology, infrastructure as code

Knowledgeable in one or more programming / scripting languages (Python, GO, XML, Java, YAML, Shell, JSON, Ansible, TOSCA , terraform ) etc.

5+ years of relevant IT Architecture experience, advanced technical and analytical skills, and the ability to take responsibility for the overall technical direction of the project

Deployment automation development experiences, including workflow, inventory databases, and policy

Knowledge of network protocols and experience with network management are pluses

Expert knowledge of the software project lifecycle—from concept through design to implementation and test.

Proven track record of leading IT orchestration and automation projects

Creative approach to problem solving and an ability to work independently in an environment with high levels of ambiguity

Ability to manage key deliverables as part of an extended project team

Proactive, can lead cross-team initiatives

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

A Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems

Great-to-haves

5+ years of telecommunications experience with 5G experience and telecommunication operation support system (OSS) development, maintenance or support. Familiar with telecommunication network protocols such as RESTful, NETCONF, TCP/IP, UDP, etc

Familiar with Telecommunication industry wireless DevOps workflows of design, plan, deployment, change management and operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $61,704.00-$150,000.00 per year
