We are seeking an Assistant to the Sales Manager/ Customer Service Representative out of our Vancouver/Burnaby location.
Things you are good at:
Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional, clear and courteous manner.
Manage the day-to-day relationship of customers
Support, assist and work alongside the Sales and Business Development Manager
Ensure customer requests are handled to completion in a timely fashion
Data entry of orders into the order system and ensure orders are shipped on time
Be knowledgeable of company products and policies and procedures
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills are a necessity
2 years of customer service experience
Preferred post-secondary education
Computer literacy
Able to learn quickly and maintain a high level of product knowledge
Flexibility – Adapts to different challenges and enjoys multi-tasking
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
