Amana Living is one of Western Australia’s largest not-for-profit providers of transition, aged and community care. The Team
We are a small, but happily effective recruitment team, looking to add additional full or part time role(s), with a 12 month fixed term (parental cover) contract. The position is primarily based at home at the moment, however regular days in our Rivervale office are required.
We are a team that looks for efficiencies in all that we do, and are not afraid to embrace technology (and lots of it) to assist with our processes but also understand that some of the more administrative tasks in our recruitment process, are necessary to ensure we are recruiting quality candidates into an aged care environment.
In the past two years, we have implemented a new ATS, video interviewing technology, online assessments, automated reference checking and an onboarding platform. As a result, we are well set up for a virtual way of working, but we also love a good team catch up. This role requires a well organised volume recruiter, from an internal or agency recruitment background, to primarily work on high volume roles. You will need to be self motivated, resilient and able to work independently but be a strong collaborator, always willing to jump in and lend a hand when required.

Flexible working arrangements are one of the significant benefits in this role and most things would be considered for the right candidate; however we are a small team and do require someone on a minimum of 4 days/ week.
