Duties:
– Answer incoming calls and communication from caregivers and clients regarding weekend scheduling appointments.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any scheduling issues promptly. This is a remote position but the candidate may come to the office occasionally to get information about the weekend as needed.
