THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for Talent Partner to join our “AMAzing” Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will responsible for providing end-to-end Recruitment service to hiring managers across Australia. You will be provided with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.

Role responsibilities

• Developing job advertisements
• Resume and phone screening
• Coordinating onsite interviews and trials
• Offer and contract generation
• Proactively seeking talent by using a variety of platforms
• Develop talent pipelines through active use of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Contribute to building Talent pools for key roles
• Represent the business internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
• Site visits when required
• Developing excellent rapport with your key stakeholders within the business and provide an impeccable level of service

Does this sound like you?

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in either an inhouse or agency recruitment position
• Experience working in high-volume recruitment is a must!
• Experience recruiting for both blue collar favourable
• Proven success in head hunting “hard to fill” roles
• Previous exposure using LiveHire ATS or to the Automotive industry HIGHLY Advantageous however not essential
