Talent Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)

The Talent Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) shall provide multidisciplinary expertise, apply industry best practices, and leverage modern technology solutions to enable the Department of Defense (DoD) to meet the workforce management challenges of today and requirements of tomorrow. Serves as subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of Talent Management.

The Program Manager (PM) shall have 8 years’ general experience in the following skills:

• Expertise in industry issues and trends.
• Utilizes functional area expertise gained through direct industry experience to assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components.
• Works with senior managers and executives to provide industry vision and strategic direction with regard to their enterprise.
• Supports determination of inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goals.
• Generates functional area strategies for enhanced operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization.
• Account strategy sessions, strategic assessments and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least five years’ concurrent experience supporting similar Talent Management requirements for federal government agencies or commercial entities.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
• At least 8 years of Subject Matter expertise in Talent Management.
• SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
