AM LLC Hiring for Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition – (Remote, US) Job at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Proactively partners with hiring managers to fully understand the candidate recruiting engagement, including time to fill requirements, go live date, number of positions required, levels of experience and any other information that will be helpful in drafting sourcing and staffing plans.
• Conducts initial intake meetings on high volume staffing projects to fully understand the project/engagement. Carefully researches most efficient and effective sources to include in the sourcing plan, along with costs associated with each source. Provide reasoning for recommending each source and metrics to back up recommendation. Drafts Sourcing and Recruitment Engagement Plan (SREP) that fully states Scope, Timeline, Client (Hiring Manager), Sources and costs, Sourcing, recruitment and interviewing process description. Process map listing roles and responsibilities of each role involved in the process. Uses mathematical/capacity planning approach to determine the number of resources that should be dedicated to the engagement and includes reasoning in S&R Engagement Plan.
• Lead and manage a team of professional recruiters. Holds regular, monthly, recruiter effectiveness reviews to discuss and coach around performance in general and for a specific engagement. Monitors recruitment performance and effectiveness and accuracy by recruiter and conducts training on policy process and systems and ensures compliance by recruiting team.
• Responsible for applying mapping internal processes and utilizing business process reengineering methodology to all recruitment processes in order to identify inefficiencies and revamp them to be efficient, effective and scalable.
• Partners with internal stakeholders and SMEs to develop mathematical model approach to building staffing models using industry or internal time-motion study data.
• Develops and maintains up-to-date Recruitment Policies and Procedures, including internal Recruitment SOPs and Knowledgebase.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and SMEs across all functions (HR, Finance, IT, Operations) to maintain and develop processes that will create a best-in-class recruitment function (internal and external) and experience for hiring managers.
• Proactively stays abreast of industry trends and new regulations impacting recruitment operations, policy and practice.
• Makes appropriate recommendations to update policies and enhance, develop and innovate processes in order to better serve the evolving needs of the business.
• Work with the Human Resources leadership team to further develop a strategy to advance integrated recruitment systems and processes.
• Drafts training program for incoming recruiting team members to achieve full competency on all processes, systems and policies within 30 days of hire.
• Drafts User Guides and other training aides to post on intranet as resources for managers, employees, etc.
• Keeps intranet content up to date and fresh.
• Responsible for training new team members on recruitment processes, policies and systems.
• Conducts capacity planning studies to determine the number of positions needed in the recruitment team to support company growth.
• Analyzes and recommends recruitment process improvement opportunities enterprise-wide and/or cross-organizationally.
• Improves overall candidate experience by strengthening recruitment operations processes.
• Works with Team Leads, HRIS to further develop internal reports and dashboards, organized in a manner that will help both recruitment and business make strategic decisions.
• Work directly with Human Resource leadership and business stakeholders to determine the priorities around what defines hiring success and drive those programs and initiatives (i.e. a focus on diversity top-of-funnel, interview training programs, referral programs, and other recruiting initiatives)
• Defines, measures, and refines success metrics for sourcing, hiring, and interview processes team by team.
• Implements scalable recruiting and hiring analytics, reporting, and dashboards to improve shared understanding and continuous improvement around talent pipelines, funnel, and hiring KPI’s.

Qualifications:

• Experience in applying business process improvement methodology to recruitment processes impacting the candidate experience, recruiter and hiring manager, using process mapping to identify inefficient processes.
• Extensive experience building dashboards and leveraging metrics to influence business decisions.
• Process and systems orientation.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships and priorities.

• Experience in building a talent acquisition function and operationalizing recruiting programs, processes, and systems.
• 10 years of talent acquisition experience as a practitioner with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Working knowledge of ICIMS

• Experience in Human Resource Management as a practitioner
• Familiarity with how to leverage external partners in supplementing staffing operations, e.g., RPO

• Experience using Google Workspace
• PC with Windows 10 or Mac with Mac OS 10.15 or newer
