AM LLC Hiring for Software Developer (JRules) Job at Remote Full Time

Overview

AM LLC has an immediate opening for (1) remote JRules Developer to support our Veterans Administration client. Note: Due to federal government security clearance requirements, applicants must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to be considered.

Responsibilities

The JRules Developer’s duties will include, but not be limited to:

• J2EE developer with experience ORM platforms (Hibernate, etc.), Continuous integration, Web services (REST and SOAP – building and implementing), XML/JSON messaging, Queues (JMS, RabbitMQ, etc.)

• Rules engine experience.

• Web Services, XML, DB (Oracle or other), Unix/Linux.
• Work independently to review current IBM ODM JRules implementation and automated test scenarios in current system

Qualifications

• 2 years JRules or Drools implementation and automated test experience
• 2 years reviewing current JRules / IBM ODM or Drools, or equivalent tool set 8.X version, Java,
• Minimum of 6 years of Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Java experience
• Must be able to present effectively to leadership
• Experience w/modern agile development skills, source code control, unit testing
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the field
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline required
• Additional 8 years of experience can be substituted for the degree
• Active VA PIV card a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
