We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Partner to join our team here at AM FRESH.

Reporting to the Senior Talent Partner, you will provide be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and will be supporting and partnering with our managers across our business to ensure their hiring needs are successfully and effectively met through the delivery of a seamless and consistent recruitment service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working with Hiring Managers across the business to support on a variety of vacancies
• Conduct telephone pre-screens where appropriate
• Participate in recruitment events where appropriate
• Arranging and conducting inductions for new employee
• Support with internal and external recruitment marketing literature
• Responding to successful and unsuccessful applications as required
• Uploading and advertising vacancies to the internal recruitment system and updating
• Supporting the arrangement of interviews and obtaining feedback from Hiring Managers

• You must have experience in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, executing successful and creative candidate search methods.
• Previous recruitment experience is essential either agency or inhouse will be considered
• Outgoing personality and strong customer service/ telephone skills are essential
• Enjoy speaking with candidates and delivering a great recruitment process
• An understanding that speed is of the essence to hire candidates
