Role Overview:

As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting essential commercial decisions, including pricing strategies, competitor response tactics, and evaluating the impact of their market offerings. Your expertise will contribute to shaping effective customer acquisition and retention campaigns. This position requires exceptional analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of strategic marketing principles.

Responsibilities:

• Support critical commercial decisions, including pricing and responses to competitors.
• Generate insights to shape customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Assist in pricing bids, proposals, and tenders.
• Prepare pricing schedules and formulas based on customer requirements.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain pricing tools and templates.
• Analyze customer data and generate price recommendations.
• Manage annual price review process.
• Identify and develop pricing strategies for maximum profitability.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Produce reliable financial s for various departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics initiatives.
• Utilise advanced analytics tools for data analysis and visualisation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of pricing models and software.
• Curiosity and ability to recognize trends and correlations.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• SQL experience
• Commercial, Financial, Pricing Analysis and ing
• Experience with analytics suites like Google Analytics, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting.
