About the role
This is an exciting and varied role working directly with the HR Business Partner, supporting the fast paced and creative Marketing and Communications and Fundraising Directorates.
You’ll need to be comfortable dealing with multiple tasks and priorities whilst working with a diverse range of teams and individuals. You will have a good understanding of HR practices and will be responsible coaching and guiding line managers to successfully manage, develop and retain the best people to deliver our ambitious strategic objectives.
About you
A personable and confident individual who thrives in providing guidance and advice.
Managers to support in executing their roles, or Heads, Associate Directors and Directors in helping build future facing plans.
Have the ability to ask the right questions, quickly assess the range of issues involved and to give robust advice across a range of issues.
Be organised with the ability to work with policy and process whilst not losing sight of creative solutions.
Understand good governance, business ethics and share an ethos around the need to deliver high quality service standards.
Ideally be CIPD qualification or are working towards.
Have a good understanding of employment practice and legal foundations.
