About Alzheimer’s Society
Dementia devastates lives. By 2025, over 1 million people will be living with the condition. But dementia won’t win. Until the day we find a cure, Alzheimer’s Society will be here for anyone affected by dementia – wherever they are, whatever they’re going through. Everything we do is informed and inspired by them.
We are the UK’s leading dementia charity. Every day, we work tirelessly to find new treatments and, ultimately, a cure for dementia. We provide expert information, training, and support services to all those who need our help. And we are creating a more dementia-friendly society so people with the condition can live without fear and prejudice.
About the role
Our Reward Team at Alzheimer’s Society are responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive total reward framework to our people, to underpin our organisational values and employer branding and to enable the Society to be the organisation of choice for both volunteers and employees.
This is an exciting time of change for the team and the Benefits Coordinator is a newly-created position, introduced to focus on the effective management of our benefit programmes, including day-to-day administration of the pension scheme, life assurance, health cash plan, long service awards and employee discounts platform. Key responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery and promotion of these benefits, liaising with suppliers and with the internal Payroll Team and responding to queries about the benefits we offer.
We are a small team which means there is an opportunity for the Benefits Coordinator to develop their skills and knowledge in HR and Reward by getting involved with wider projects and initiatives.

We also have various learning programmes to support you in your development and help you grow to realise your potential and shape a career with Alzheimer’s Society.
