We are looking for a capable, intelligent, and confident mature young male to provide structure and behavioural support and care for an 11-year-old boy with ASD and a mental health diagnosis.

You have experience & in-depth knowledge of ASD and mental health conditions. You have strong values around care, service and personal development and have a great ability to build trust-based relationships with those around you.

You have advanced people and communication skills, maturity, a sense of humour, extraordinary patience, and an ability to encourage people to do the things they will try and avoid.

We need someone who will assist our client to prepare before and after school routines, along with assistance with behavioural management. Others describe you as honest, smart, fun, reliable, consistent, and hardworking. You are tech-savvy and have a passion for sports or physical activity.

Our client requires early morning support from 6am to 8am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, plus two afternoons a week (days can be flexible) with one Saturday per month (also flexible).

We are offering;

• 15 – 30 hrs a week
• Weekday – $30 per hour
• Saturday – $41.42 per hour
• Sunday – $53.26 per hour

You will need the following:

• Work Rights in Australia (permanent resident or citizen)
• A Yellow Card, Blue Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check
• A current driver’s licence and own transport
