Always Towing, LLC & Service Center Hiring for Weekend Dispatcher (Every other weekend) at Hamburg, PA Full Time

About us

We are professional, customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to continue to provide top-notch Towing and Repair Service to members of our community and the surrounding areas.

The Dispatcher is responsible for receiving calls and App notifications for Roadside Service, Vehicle Towing & Recovery Work, relaying the requested service information to the Tow Operator and monitoring the progress of the service being provided to completion.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented
• Strong customer service ethic
• Transportation

The Dispatching position is done remotely and is mobile.

• The iPad and iPhone can go wherever you go.
• Must be able to pick-up/drop-off the Company phone at our Hamburg, PA location.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 – $75.00 per day

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Weekends only
