Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
– Oversee performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, and search engine marketing.
– Manage the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
– Utilize email marketing to engage with customers, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
– Plan and execute print advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
– Collaborate with product management teams to develop marketing plans for new product launches.
– Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
– Monitor advertising performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
– Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
– Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role as a Director of Marketing or Marketing Manager.
– Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tactics.
– Proficiency in WordPress for website management and optimization.
– Expertise in email marketing best practices and tools.
– Experience planning and executing print advertising campaigns.
– Solid understanding of product management principles and practices.
– Proficient in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights.
– Strong research skills to gather market data and identify opportunities.
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies.
– Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content.
