Outreach Recruiter

Recruiters are a key component to the success that Always Compassionate Home Care (ACHC) has. This role’s primary responsibility is to source and contact potential applicants to find qualified health care workers (Nurses and Aides) whose duties in the field make it possible to fill current contracts ACHC has throughout the New York area. This role will partner with the company’s recruiters to enable business growth to assist in bringing in the sheer volume of healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs.

Job functions to include:

• Field and office recruitment for Live in HHA’s (home health aides), PCA’s (personal care aides) and nurses.

• Attend job fairs and present employment opportunities to the general population
• Maintain personnel files in compliance with NYS DOH regulations
• Build and maintain relationships within the community to develop referral sources
• Conduct phone screenings using various reliable recruiting and selection processes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire.
• Assist with document management and other projects to assist the team’s efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional communication and organization skills.
• Understanding of job boards and sourcing techniques
• High level of attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• COVID-19 Vaccine and booster

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous home care recruiting/marketing experience desired not required

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience and or customer service experience in a healthcare organization and understanding of healthcare workers
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
