About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is process driven and detail-oriented to help facilitate interview scheduling and candidate interactions through the scheduling process. Our Recruiting Coordinators have a strong emphasis on delivering an amazing candidate experience as well as internal hiring team experience.
What You’ll Do

• Facilitate a high volume of interview scheduling and coordination;
• Help design and execute on the candidate experience to ensure our candidates feel well taken care of and valued, regardless of the hiring decision;
• Support Recruiting Ops on any Applicant Tracking System related changes;
• Post open positions on various job boards, social media, and other networking avenues, as needed;
• Plan and organize recruiting events (career fairs, conferences, networking groups, diversity groups, etc.);
• Other recruiting coordination/operations related projects, as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role within the senior care or healthcare industry
• Prior experience with patient care strongly preferred;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and an empathetic, customer-service attitude;
• Problem solving skills and ability to navigate an ambiguous environment;
• Top-notch written communication skills;
• Must be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and take ownership of their work.
• Fluent English.
