About This Role
The goal of marketing at Alumni Ventures is to generate new retail investors (customers) for our dozens of venture capital funds.
Our digitally-led marketing strategy is a mix of B2C and B2B disciplines, with paid and organic social, paid search, media partnerships, lead generation, landing pages, email marketing, and more as critical to the success of the business.
Under the direction of the VP of Performance Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the creation and management of direct-response, performance-focused digital advertising campaigns, specifically within the financial services industry or other high-end B2C.
In partnership with the Performance Marketing team, you will develop and execute engaging multi-channel digital advertising campaigns to efficiently generate high quality leads for multiple lines of business.
Success in this role looks like : strong lead generation and delivery on established targets, clear ad spend management, and high advertising efficiency.
This role is responsible for an essential activity in the AV ecosystem – driving new leads into the marketing and sales funnel.
You will be looked to as a specialist in your field and as a key contributor to AV’s continued growth, leveraging your collaborative search strategies and your keen eye for detail to affect material change across Alumni Ventures.
