What you will be doing:

• Functions as the lead Learning System Administrator.
• Leads and consults for Cornerstone LMS (internally branded as myPath) configuration, operation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Additionally, provides guidance to staff on Talent Management configuration and maintenance.
• Provides consultation and training to LMS Council.
• Provides data/key metrics for enterprise and function for myPath engagement and adoption, which requires identifying insights to inform recommendations and create/maintain data visualization tools.
• Collaborate internally and externally to coordinate the technological design and implementation of third-party objects into the learning platform (myPath). Requires coordinating discussions with learning team members and cross-functional partners on recommendations, enhancements, and standard processes.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts regarding the LMS, help desk tickets, IS testing, etc.
• Provide thought leadership around emerging learning technologies and devise implementation strategies, in partnership with our Talent Management Leadership team
• Collaborate with our internal People Analytics team to visualize learning data, draw meaningful insights and drive improvements.

What we want you to have:

• Bachelor degree (preferred) in a technical field. Strong data and technology skills required; 3+ years on-the-job experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., LMS, talent management) with ~5,000 employee population; proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of HR technology tools and how they interact with data, data fields, and other technology platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP personnel data (how it is updated, stored, and pulled for feeding into other systems); to include IS processes and infrastructure.
• Strong analytic skills in gathering data, translating into action plans, and creating data visualization tools/metric reports by using various software tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
• Strong communication skills to articulate information and insights clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills in a project management type environment that delivers initiatives at the functional and enterprise level.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS not essential, but strongly preferred
