Altran Hiring for Recruitment Team Manager Job at Bristol, England Full Time

We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Team Manager to work within our expanding business. This role will be based in our Bristol office on a hybrid working pattern.

This is a key position within Capgemini Engineering. You’ll lead and be part of the UK’s recruitment function, managing a team of 6- 8 recruiters to maintain first class resource delivery to meet our growing internal business needs.

You will possess creative problem-solving skills in a team environment and comfortable with communicating clearly and efficiently throughout varying levels. Due to the nature of the assignments undertaken you will work in an environment that promotes autonomy and initiative, requiring a flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

The Recruitment Team Manager will be primarily be responsible for the management of the team, administration of the recruiting budget and the recruitment of appropriately qualified and experienced staff to meet the needs of our clients and those of our internal businesses

Other key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the recruitment process and strategy , ensuring any legal/market changes are reflected in the process
• Managing and developing the core recruiting team, act as an escalation point for the team
• Maintaining a close liaison with internal business clients to ensure that appropriately qualified and experienced staff are recruited in time and to cost.
• Maintaining a close relationship with other support function areas
• Managing the recruiting budget
• Management of any supplier relationships
• Management of direct sourcing routes
• Ensuring a smooth transition during an integration/period of change within the company
• Day-to-day recruitment for one area of the business, plus key appointment
• Provision of relevant recruiting performance data as necessary
• Acting as the focal point for all Group recruiting issues including representing the UK in any Group development for tools such as ATS

Knowledge and Experience

• Demonstrable experience managing high volume recruitment activity and team members whilst working closely with the senior appointments
• Proven management of small teams is desirable
• Adaptable to change- the business and recruitment function is going through an integration process
• Personable and team focussed
• Ability to think analytically, maintain accurate records and deliver creative solutions. Be able to deal with a wide variety of problems and devise innovative and practical solutions.
• Ability to manage and develop relevant processes and tools
• The role requires a high degree of interpersonal skills, resilience to deal with demanding internal clients and the ability to form strong relationships whilst operating semi-autonomously.
• Possess organisational and presentational skills
• Work effectively both as part of a team and when working alone
• The candidate will have demonstrated their ability to take on representative responsibilities and be prepared to represent Capgmeini Engineering internally and externally as required
