We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist our staff with administrative support and projects related to collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and great attention to detail. The successful candidate will be highly organized and will be able to multitask effectively, working with a diverse range of both staff and management.
Responsibilities:
- Organize a database.
- Be familiar with information technology.
- Maintain a database of information.
- Create and execute filing systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: From $30.00 per hour
