As our team continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our metro head office located on Power Street, Hawthorne.

We are looking for an Advisor to join our passionate, vibrant, and talented People & Culture team who work collaborate and succeed together! – We truly are the best team.

Your role will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across your portfolio
• Collaborate and partner closely with stakeholders to attract and retain key talent
• Build strong relationships and regularly liaise with Hiring Managers and all internal stakeholders
• Contribute to improve strategies and recruitment processes with candidate’s and managers
• Work alongside a TA team to bring sourcing strategies to life (we want all your great ideas!)

About You

• Approximately 2-3 years’ experience as an Agency/In-House recruiter
• Experience using Recruitment/ HR software
• Experience in sourcing and creation of talent pools
• Think outside the box and come up with strategic plans
• Good verbal, written communication, and high level interpersonal skills.
• Ability work autonomously and within a team
• A passion for process, people and recruitment!
