Based on our growth in the Northern Territory, we are excited to offer the opportunity for an ambitious, driven health professional to manage our team in Darwin. Your Duties Will Include

• Manage a team of health professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists, to enable them to excel and achieve excellent results for their clients.
• Collaborate with our business development team to enhance our business growth in the area.
• Manage day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a small caseload and provide leadership and expertise to the team.
• Build lasting relationships with our clients
• Stay updated on industry trends through structured professional development.
• Share your knowledge with others, influencing best practices in workplace rehabilitation.

What You Need To Join Us

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
• Appropriate registration – AHPRA or ESSA
• Develop your leadership credentials
• Ambitious and driven to achieve results
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and support your team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners and employers
• Ability to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
• Current driver licence and access to own car
