YOUR NEW ROLE

As a People & Culture Partner at Altius, you will to the General Manager of People & Culture and will step into a true hands-on HR generalist role with your responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on matters across the employment lifecycle.
• Mediate and provide assistance to managers and employees to ensure that all employee grievance and discipline issues are managed in accordance with policies and legislative requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the broader Altius Group.
• Prepare HR monthly and quarterly HR data for board and operations meetings.
• Project Management of key People and Culture projects.
• Workforce planning and leave management activities.
• Keeping abreast of all Industrial Relations and other relevant legislative changes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar discipline.
• Previous HR Advisor or Business Partner experience in the Health Care Industry is preferable however not essential.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Work Legislation and Modern Awards with developed ability to interpret, communicate and implement.
• Experience managing employee relations matters.
• Experience working with systems and interpreting data
• Microsoft suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) – Intermediate
