Role

Alteryx is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is self-guided, motivated, and enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced technology environment. This position will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team, scheduling interviews, contributing to an excellent candidate experience and advancing recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will love bringing structure and scale to solve complex growth challenges and appreciates the use of systems and processes to improve operations. This is a remote-friendly position within the UK and will report to the Talent Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate virtual and on-site interviews and debriefs.
• Prepare, deliver and manage offer documents with candidates and recruiters.
• Administer and own the candidate experience post offer acceptance to include new hire paperwork, background checks, employment eligibility verifications and IT provisioning.
• Preserve data accuracy and integrity within Workday and other recruiting related systems.
• Maintain excellent relationships with candidates, recruiters, business partners and other functional departments (e.g. HRIS, IT, Onboarding, Payroll).
• Coordinate with Global Onboarding and regularly deliver New Hire Orientation.
• Assist and coordinate with Global Mobility to support visa sponsorship process.
• Build, maintain and exercise functional and process knowledge to assess and solve problems – at times in the absence of structure or documentation.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency.
• Provide administrative and technical guidance to fellow TA Coordinators and Recruiters on system functionality and process.
• Perform other special projects as assigned (e.g. ATS testing, process improvement, job aid documentation, training).

Minimum Qualifications

• Three or more years of human resources, recruiting or administrative support experience.
• Excellent computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize work, serve multiple clients simultaneously and coordinate progress on several projects at one time.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, and make reasonable recommendations based on fact-finding.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience supporting the talent acquisition process, scheduling interviews and/or working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday.
• Experience in high-tech, high-growth environments or global, matrixed companies.
