• Grow into a technical leader within Platform Engineering, influencing and driving technical investments across teams with a “Platform Thinking” mindset.
• Architect, develop, test, release, and support components within our CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gradle, and Artifactory.
• Learn and adhere to best practices in architectural design, testing (unit, integration, visual, and regression), and scrum methodology
• Contribute to the planning, execution and updating of technical roadmaps.

• You have 2-5 years of experience in engineering. You have worked with developer experience tools and infrastructure, And understand the build and deployment flow for your domain. You can describe how source code safely and reliably moves to a production environment.
• You have direct experience in a cloud environment like AWS, and familiarity with running containerized services. They use Kubernetes to orchestrate and scale, and knowing how it works will be invaluable.
• You have demonstrated experience and expertise with a high-level programming language. Their engineers use Kotlin and Python for the bulk of their work – having a working knowledge of those languages will provide invaluable insights into their Team Member’s experience using our tools.
• You want to improve the developer experience. You have informed opinions about what a great Developer Experience is, and you are eager to provide that experience to their Team Members.
