Altasciences Preclinical Seattle Hiring for Talent Acquisition Advisor Job at Overland Park, KS Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Advisor is primarily responsible for the execution of all aspects of recruitment and staffing for the organization across sites, the clinic and our offices. The Talent Acquisition Advisor must be prepared to work independently as well as within the HR department. His/her main responsibility will be to support internal clients throughout the full cycle recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop our employer brand by making Altasciences employer of choice;
• Develop, implement and assess various recruitment methods to increase the quality and number of quality applicants;
• Work with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs and ensure that candidates are assessed according to the appropriate criteria;
• Work closely with the HR team to identify recruitment needs and make necessary recommendations;
• Post jobs and attract passive candidates with the utilization of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and others) and professional networking platforms to identify and source candidates;
• Maintain candidate database and keep in contact with candidate pipelines;
• Follow all the candidates throughout the staffing process;
• Participate in industry events and career fairs to expand network of contacts;
• Negotiate and close employment offers;
• Participate in the development of talent acquisition strategies and HR marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team;
• Updates and maintains the tracking of the Employer Referral Program;
• Assist with various HR projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Educational – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience – 3-5 years of professional level recruiting, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ATS/HRMS systems
