The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have a big impact on the candidate and employee experience as well as the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team. Leading all recruitment events in partnership with the HR team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will facilitate: sourcing/outsourcing, screening, phone interviews, in person/video interviews and offer letters. The TA Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service as the administrative support. The TA Coordinator will handle high volumes, is detail-oriented, and has a positive attitude to support our team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Team and Hiring Managers through the recruitment life cycle from an administrative perspective. Including; posting requisitions, screening candidates, arranging interviews, facilitating references and background checks, preparing offer letters and new hire packages, and creating or filing employee files.
• Provide ongoing status updates to talent acquisition team members as required, including running reports related to recruitment metrics for the team or the business.
• Remain current on systems applications, corporate Human Resources policies and procedures and ongoing Human Resources and Talent Acquisition projects
• Participate in special projects and events and support the development of various recruitment materials including those required for hiring events or campus recruitment.

• Perform other related recruitment duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years’ experience within recruitment or Human Resources
• Strong computer skills (all Microsoft Office products)
• Previous experience with an ATS (i.e. Dayforce) an asset
• High energy, dynamic individual with a sense of urgency
• Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast paced, high pressure environment
