ALTA MOVING Hiring for Customer Service/Sales Representative at Edmonton, AB Full Time

Requirements:

The ALTA MOVING AND STORAGE team is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and professional team member to oversee day-to-day administrative operations with a focus on efficiency, time management, and customer service

Job Responsibilities:
Presenting and discussing several moving options and services based on the customers needs, desires, and situation

Communicate with customers and coworkers effectively to build the overall customer experience
Convert phone estimates into scheduled moving jobs
Outreach to previous customers for new sales opportunities
Accept payments via phone
Calculating move inventories and estimating time & cost projections
Contacting customers about new sales and special events

Requirements:
MUST be great on the phone

Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
Prefer sales experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Experience with scheduling,

Comfort with a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with social media posting and asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
