Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate! Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. is a grower, packer, and shipper of potatoes & onions located in Friesland, WI.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ALSUM FARMS AND PRODUCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE:

As a Customer Service Associate, you arrive each day ready to interact with the company’s customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services. You will also collect and enter orders for produce. You will field customer questions and complaints and ensure that appropriate action is taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns. You are responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and keep record of customer interactions.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Job Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm; plus 2 Saturdays per month 7:30am to 1:00pm (sometimes earlier)

Work Location: Friesland, WI

Requirements:

You may be perfect for this part-time Customer Service Associate position if you:

• Have a high school diploma
• Have previous customer service experience
• Have excellent communication skills including active listening
• Are service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
• Are proficient with computer skills with the ability to learn new software; including our ERP system and Consentio ordering app
• Are self-motivated and able to function as part of a team

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
