Alstom have opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Alstom team based in Perth initially on a 12 month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Senior Talent Advisor, you will work directly with the hiring managers to source the best talent for the BHP RTP project. With your TA expertise, you will own the recruitment process from requisition approval to candidate onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key responsibilities for this role Include:
Work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice
Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to support them through the hiring process and become a trusted advisor
Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques aligned to the requirements of each role
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through to on-boarding
Build talent pipelines for key roles
Candidate database management & reporting
Adhering to quality and compliance process
Skills and experience required:
Previous white collar technical engineering project recruitment experience in the rail, construction or mining sector (internal or agency)
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Excellent attention to detail and process focused
Proven ATS skills (Taleo, Success Factors, PageUp or similar)
Demonstrative initiative and be able to work in a fast paced business environment
