Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams.
Manage Quality activities related to digital tools: GSI, QES & AOS.
Deliver training for Quality teams to Industrial Quality Standards.
Manage activity related to car history book (Traceability, configuration, …).
Perform Workstation audits planning, ensure follow-up & management of relevant action plans.
Manage when needed the metrology activity and monitor external provider of calibration.
Manage the quality methods team if relevant.
Manage APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.
Performance measurements
Quality documentation deployed at the pre-series / serial start stage.
Metrology activity: Zero tools of control / manufacture in delay of control.
Activity audits: 100% of the audits carried out in the year according to planning defined.
Dashboard deployed and up to date.
APSYS measurement for the Industrial Quality Road Map.
