ALS Recruitment Limited Hiring for HR Assistant at Gerrards Cross Full Time

You enjoy the hustle a bustle of a busy HR department. No two days are the same, but you wouldn’t want them to be.

You’ve worked within a company operating globally before. But if you haven’t that’s not a problem, you’ll just come with some pro-activity!

Anything from managing the HRIS system to contracts, to liaising with accounts, to working with overseas employee’s will be something you are comfortable with.

It’s safe to say you are also super organised and can’t help but double check everything! Which is great because attention to detail is really important in this role.

The team based near Gerrards Cross would love to have you on board. And although you’ll be prominently home based, you’ll be responsible for the on-boarding of new starters to the company. Which will mean you’ll need to meet them at the office on their first day. It’s also a little tricky to get there via public transport, so a car is a must.

The opportunities are endless and you’ll gain so much exposure in a variety of different areas.
