AlphaStaff Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an integral role in the execution of the Company’s talent acquisition strategy to ensure the Company’s continued growth and success, as well as the continued growth and success of our Client companies. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for various talent acquisition activities including sourcing/attracting, interviewing, assessing, selecting, and hiring top talent in the market.
Responsibilities:

• Achieve hiring objectives by working closely with hiring managers to define department needs and structure a recruiting plan.
• Establish job requirements and applicant qualifications that are aligned with departmental goals and performance objectives.
• Source, interview, and evaluate job candidates on a consistent set of qualifications, presenting managers with a pool of qualified candidates.
• Organize and document all communications throughout the selection process by updating notes pertaining to candidates, and sending invitations, updates, and rejection-type messages.
• Coordinate and organize a variety of administrative activities such as saving resumes and online profiles, arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules, attending recruiting strategy meetings, assisting with managing job boards and job postings/advertisements, and generating reports that measure results.
• Attend hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates and referral partners including developing relationships with college and university career centers.
• Improve organizational attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks so that the Company maintains an “employer of choice” status.
• Avoid liability by understanding and following legal, regulatory, and business best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Experience executing a talent acquisition strategy and assisting with onboarding processes.
• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
• 2 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including handling multiple roles simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with job boards, human resources software, databases, and management systems.
• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
• Computer/tech savvy including proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other cloud-based apps including Document Management (e.g. SharePoint, Dropbox, Drive), Social Media Platforms, and Chat and Video Platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Slack).
• Commitment to superb customer service (internal and external). Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to read people, good judgement, and common sense.
• Proficiency and experience with an ATS or CRM.
• Knowledge of pre-employment assessments is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
